GCI is seeking to hire 1100 work at home customer service representatives.

Job Duties:
* Assist online customers with questions by providing guidance via phone, e-mail, and internet chat
* Enhance revenue by providing sales assistance through use of basic cross-selling and up- selling sales techniques * Provide outstanding customer service support
* Follow up on behalf of customer inquiries through product research, providing accurate information and recommendations for solution.
* Possess an extensive knowledge of products and client websites GSI supports
* Provide one-call resolution to our customers.
* Work effectively within and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
* Continually look for new ways to satisfy the customer and improve processes, encouraging repeat business with GSI and increasing productivity.

Requirements:
* Customer Service experience
* Above-average phone manner, email experience, follow-up skills, organizational skills, lucid writing skills, and superior conflict resolution and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent computer skills and strong typing abilities, at least 30 wpm
* Excellent oral and written communication skills
* Experience with database/Internet research.
* Strong analytical ability.
* High level of energy and enthusiasm.
* Bilingual skills a plus
* Must successfully pass all background screening requirements
