Required Skills:
- Good product knowledge with cruises, packages, tours, rail, car, and hotels.
- The ability to book International and Domestic reservations
- Experience working on-site locations, as well as Business Travel Centers/Multi Account desks
- Must be able to handle fast paced, high pressure situations, with great customer service
-The ability to search for and find the lowest airfare either through the GDS or Internet
- Must possess Knowledge of the ACD phone system
- Must know how to work with VIPs and executives
You must be able to work from home undisturbed, have a personal computer with high-speed internet access, and a landline phone. Good luck!
