Standard Requirements:
- Cutting edge design skills
- Stunning portfolio
- Working knowledge of Adobe Fireworks
- Good sense of typography, color and white-space
- Proficient in CSS & XHTML
- Ability to work remotely in an online environment
Other Helpful qualifications:
- Mac OS X fanboy/fangirl
- Adobe Illustrator experience
- Designs featured in CSS Galleries
- CMS and/or Blog template systems
