Sitel works with large companies to support their inbound agent assisted client interactions. As a Sitel HomeShore Associate you will be part of team of more than 60,000 associates in 27 countries.
Sitel pays Sitel HomeShore Associate for every hour they perform services including training, time spent on a call, or time spent waiting for the next call. You will be paid bi-weekly via direct deposit. You must have a home office that is distraction free, high speed internet connection, dedicated land line telephone free of features (call waiting, message services, 3-way calling), Plantronics M175 headset, and computer equipment w/ monitor.
