Starwood Hotels and Resorts are looking for at home reservations agents. Compensation is $9.00 an hour. You will handle reservations and provide exceptional customer service for all brands including: Sheraton, Westin, W, Luxury Collection, Four Points by Sheraton, Le Meridian, St Regis, and our newest brands Aloft and Element.
This is not a telemarketing job. You will receive and handle calls from travel agents, our loyalty program members, hotels and the general public. You will confirm, modify and cancel reservations while providing information regarding properties with an emphasis on sales.
Ideal candidates should possess at least 6 months of superior sales & customer service skills, internet/web experience and the ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm. Candidates should be self starters, highly motivated, prefer independent work, technical trouble shooters, and most importantly enjoy helping people.
