Work At Home Customer Service Job

Ultimate Software is seeking a Customer Support Specialist to work from home, providing front-line support to external customers for their UltiPro Time Management product suite.

The qualified candidate must have prior experience with NovaTime time and attendance solutions. This position requires strong analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skills. The qualified candidate possesses broad experience in handling difficult or sensitive situations in a professional, timely, and thorough manner. Qualified candidates are self-starters and highly-motivated to provide excellent customer service.

Job Requirements

* Experience with NovaTime time and attendance solutions
* Minimum of 3 years experience in a Customer Support environment
* Minimum of 3 years Human Resources or payroll experience is a plus
* Experience in a technically oriented customer service organization
* Experience supporting or implementing an enterprise time and attendance application for at least 2 years
* Knowledge of Microsoft Window Operating Systems/Applications
* Microsoft SQL Server
* Ability to multitask.
* Excellent positive customer service skills
* Positive team participation skills
* Working knowledge of Payroll, Human Resource and Recruiting applications a plus
* Excellent organizational, problem solving and communication skills
* Ability to work independently and balance multiple priorities.
* Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or MIS is preferred
* Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) is a plus.
