
One of America’s top companies is seeking a bilingual (English & French-Canadian) Cell Center Representative to service their North American operations. This position is virtual. Don’t let location hold you back! Pay is $14.00 to $18.00 an hour.
This position is full-time and is contract-to-hire and requires a self-starter who can work virtually (at home) and who is comfortable without direct day-to-day direction. Also, the candidate will directly service French-Canadian speaking clientele via a phone loop.
All candidates will be required to travel to the company’s main office for training for 2-4 weeks.
Description:
-Work directly with internal and external client customers across Canada in a high-volume call center setting
- Provide timely and concise answers regarding order entry, deliveries, product inquiries, and more
-Provide first call resolution on a variety of issues. If first call resolution is not possible, then the Agent must research the issue and follow-up with the customer in a timely manner
-Work with members of different teams to ensure accuracy and complete customer satisfaction
Requirements:
Bilingual in English and French Canadian
-3-5 years of high volume call center experience (70-90 calls/day)
-Solid computer skills (Word, Excel, Windows-based programs)
-Able to pick up new technology quickly
-Self-starter who is able to stay focused and motivated without being tethered to an office
-Comfortable home office space (space will be verified)
-Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent
